By placing an order, you agree to the terms of this Refund and Returns Policy.

At Silacalm, we want you to love every part of your experience. Whether your order is fulfilled directly by Silacalm (operated by Salem Park LLC) or through our Amazon fulfillment partners, we stand behind the quality of our products and offer a straightforward return process.

Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, as confirmed by tracking information.
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging (outer shipping box preferred but not required).
  • Include your order number, name, and reason for return when contacting us.
  • Products showing excessive use or significant depletion are not eligible for a refund.
  • The 14-day return window begins on the date your package is marked as delivered by the carrier.

How Fulfillment Affects Your Return

a. Orders Fulfilled by Silacalm (Direct Shipments)

b. Orders Fulfilled by Amazon (FBA)

Some website orders are fulfilled by Amazon.
  • Returns are processed through Amazon’s return system.
You may receive an automated return label and instructions via email from Amazon.
Refunds are issued once Amazon confirms receipt of the returned product.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned product is processed.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to post the refund.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless we made an error fulfilling your order.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
  • Orders marked Final Sale or Non-Returnable on the product page are not eligible for return or refund, except in cases of defect or damage.

Once processed, a confirmation email will be sent. Note that financial institutions may take additional time to post the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Contact us with in 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.
  • We will coordinate a replacement or refund, regardless of whether the item was fulfilled by Silacalm or Amazon.

International Orders

  • Customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or fees.
  • These charges and original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Return shippingfor international orders is the customer’s responsibility unless the product was defective or incorrect.
  • International returns may take longer due to customs clearance.

Abuse or Excessive Returns

To ensure fairness, Salem Park LLC reserves the right to refuse returns that indicate excessive use, abuse, or reseller intent.
